Many who are diagnosed with the symptoms of Fibromyalgia in women get to resign themselves to a life-time of pain and increasing suffering.
What a waste of their lives.
And, in lots of cases, they have already had difficulty in even getting an accurate diagnosis, sometimes even being told they are imagining things.
The trouble is that the symptoms come and go. And so it can be difficult to schedule a check-up on a day when the symptoms can be tested properly.
The Top 25 Important Symptoms of Fibromyalgia
Have You Got These Symptoms of Fibromyalgia in Women?
Anyone suffering from fibromyalgia will normally have more than the three “tester” symptoms explained in “How To Test For Symptoms of Fibro” (see next section below). In fact the symptoms which are more typical are listed at this link about the Symptoms of Fibromyalgia in Women.
And other symptoms can be seen in the fibromyalgia symptoms list. These symptoms are normally uncategorised. They can be seen in The Extra Ten Uncategorised Symptoms . Do you have any of these too?
Your help with understanding the condition was extremely helpful and by doing things as per your guidance I am sure I will be able to feel better in the near future. I am not hoping for miracles to happen, but I am extremely grateful for your help, because after so many years of worry I see a huge ray of hope for myself. The 7 tips given by you are definitely a very powerful guide for sufferers of Fibromyalgia. Thanks a million for your help! God Bless.”

Fibromyalgia is thought to be a central nervous system disorder in which either:-
- The nerves which sense pain are excessively sensitive, or
- The brain is extremely sensitive to the impulses of pain.
It isn’t yet known how pain sensation and abnormal stress response are related, but we do know that people with fibromyalgia do experience more pain when they are stressed. That has been proved over and over again.
Is This How You Were Tested For Symptoms of Fibromyalgia in Women?
Until recently, there haven’t been any diagnostic tests for fibromyalgia, other than assessing trigger point tenderness. However some specific tests are beginning to be used now. They include testing for :-
- Levels of Cytokine, APA assay (antipolymer antibody) which are abnormal in people with fibromyalgia
- EEG abnormalities and
- Sleep problems, because most fibro sufferers experience difficulties with their sleep patterns.
As more research is done, better, more definitive tests for fibromyalgia are becoming available.
But at the moment fibromyalgia is often only diagnosed by using the following three “testers”:-
- Ruling out other potential causes,
- Checking that “diffuse tenderness” is regularly experienced on the tender points which can be found on both her left and right sides of the body as well as above and below the waist.
- Confirming that this widespread pain has been experienced for more than 3 months.
Stress Can Cause Things To Hurt More
Just look at the stress in the life of someone with Fibromyalgia:-
In practical terms simply having fibromyalgia is stressful. Just as having to deal with constant pain, fatigue and “brain fog” is stressful.
Not being able to accomplish even the simplest task is stressful, especially if it affects your job or career. After all, that invariably leads to financial stress too. Which creates even more stress.
People who don’t understand what you are going through and want you to “pull yourself together” make things stressful.
Dealing with a chronic illness and lifestyle changes is stressful.
And all of the above is just the everyday stress load; adding anything extra to it will only serve to tip the scale and cause the fibromyalgia symptoms to get even worse.
Something Needs To Change
Something needs to be done to change all of this.
But what?
I think I’ve got the answer. There are three remedies which will help fight these symptoms. But attaining complete relief needs more. This is why I’ve taken the time to prepare seven important reports.
In my practice I’ve been so affected by seeing how much suffering is brought into the lives of those with fibromyalgia that I have prepared a series of reports to assist those who want to make some simple – but effective – changes in their lives.
But the information in these reports is not magic. You will actually have to make some changes in your life in order to get different results.
This Says It All
A quotation I read when I was younger has helped inspire me to make important changes in my own life.
